The Princess's Bedtime

Once upon a time there was a princess who hated bedtime. She just didn’t understand why she must go to bed at a certain time each and every night. One night as the royal nanny was tucking the princess in, she refused to cooperate and wanted to stay awake.

The nanny had used every trick she had to get the Princess to fall asleep. Warm milk, three story books, even singing. She only had one other card to play. She sent for the Queen.

The Queen was a loving queen and quickly excused herself from court to see the Princess.

The Queen told her that she should go to sleep and the princess always listened to the Queen and then went to sleep.
